ORDERS
ORDER PLACEMENT:

USA customers have the option of placing
orders either on Carolina Seal, Inc. in NC, USA ,
or on M3 Component Limited in China.

Customers outside USA need to place orders on M3 Component Limited in China.
PAYMENT TERMS:
We offer three convenient payment options:

Negotiate payment terms directly with our US office.

Payments to China office needs to be by a Confirmed irrevocable sight LC for 100% order value in favor of
M3 Component Limited, OR
-
30% Advance by TT. Balance 70% by TT or confirmed irrevocable sight LC, on notice of “Goods ready for shipment” .
ORDER PROCESSING:
On receipt of payment confirmation from our bankers, we proceed as follows:

We send you manufacturing drawings by email, for your approval. (this drawing covers dimension details, machining tolerance, surface finish, material specs., hardness and surface treatment).

You have to return this drawing, with your “STAMP OF APPROVAL” (scanned copy) or with an “ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE”.

On receipt of “Approved Drawings”, we commence manufacturing operation.

We can arrange to send a sample or prototype (if required) prior to commencing production.
-
We shall commence final production only after receiving your final approval.
