Quality Assurance
- On receipt of materials:
Bar stock and rough forgings are purchased from specialist suppliers. Materials are inspected and measured on arrival and accepted in stores only if it conforms to quality norms specified in our Purchase Order.
- At the start of every production run:
A "First Off Sample” check on the product is performed by the Quality Auditor. This “sample check” ensures that all the characteristics for the product meet specifications.
- During the production run:
- M3CL uses a rigid Quality control procedure to ensure strict adherence to dimensions and tolerances on manufacturing drawings.
- Machine tolerances and capabilities are monitored continually, to ensure that only products of the highest quality are produced.
- Periodic calibration of gauges and measuring instruments ensures consistent accuracy.
- Predispatch Quality Assurance:
QA/QC checks are conducted on the basis of international standard on sampling, as per IS 2500 Part I : 2000.
